Todd Mitchell Associates is an executive search firm that focuses exclusively on talent acquisition for the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry. We dedicate 100% of our attention to the executive and technical professional whose expertise is within the disciplines of Underwriting, Marketing, Claims and Loss Control.
Founded in 1981, Todd Mitchell Associates has successfully met the challenges of talent acquisition for our client companies, insurance carriers, throughout the United States, Canada, Bermuda and Europe.
We welcome all candidates who may be interested in visiting with our consultants to review career opportunities that may be available to them. We cater to geographic relocation, vertical career growth, as well as new and challenging opportunities. Many of these opportunities are not advertised on current job boards or company websites.
Our twelve consultants, within our four offices, average between six and eighteen years of recruiting experience with Todd Mitchell Associates. We all have established superior networks within the insurance community. These relationships have developed a broad base of candidates who are either currently available in the marketplace, or who are happily employed, but very willing to give serious consideration to a new opportunity regardless of geographical location.
