Our President and CEO

Todd Mitchell has been in the Executive Search profession since 1976, always focused within the Property and Casualty insurance industry. Since 1985, Todd has built successful and lasting relationships throughout our industry.

With these long term relationships, Todd has guided the Associates of the firm to partner with many name brand insurance carriers and start-ups. Under his coaching and leadership, four successful offices service our industry in the recruitment and placement of insurance professionals throughout the United States. The firm has both contingency and retained search divisions.

Todd currently holds a Masters of Science degree with a major in Labor Relations and Human Resources from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY. He has his Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in Personnel Management from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY.

Todd has been requested as a guest lecturer on recruiting techniques by several Human Resources departments and has presented sales seminars to major insurers and client companies. He has also addressed many CPCU chapters teaching the skills of interviewing and resume preparation.
